Cade appeals from three separate district court orders: (1) an order denying his Motion to Vacate Award of Arbitrators and granting Zions First National Banks Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award; (2) the underlying Order Compelling Arbitration; and (3) an order denying his motion to disqualify attorney T. Richard Davis and Daviss firm, Callister Nebeker & McCullough. We reverse the district courts arbitration orders and remand the dispute for trial. We affirm the district courts order denying disqualification.
